i need to know which university in united states teaches a human resource (HR) major , as master degree , where the city is not expensive to live in like california .. thank you am planning to live in a place which is cheaper than california to be able to live and spent on my mast education as HR graduate certificates..

Too many to mention. A friend of mine got hers through night extension courses in Hampton, VA through George Washington U, which is in D.C. Google "human resources master's degree." Then check your yellow pages under "schools" or "universities" to see what extension courses are offered in your area--unless you WANT to move.
