Ok so im thinking about getting a human resource degree.. my question is asking those who have their human resource degree was it easy for you to find a job after college or even during college.. or was it hard to find one? i understand you dont get the management job right away you may start out as an assistant, or something else.. which im hoping to maybe find a job as an assistant while im in college at a business.. also i want to know about how much you start out at.. just in general in the human resource department and how do you like the job do you enjoy it or is it completely horrible?

You should do an internship in the college human resource department as a freshmen to see if you like it. Most large companies and hotels pay between $25,000 to 40,000 for the assistant and $40,000 to 85,000 for the director of human resource.
